Warranty Period:
Our products come with a one-year warranty from the date of delivery. In special cases, different agreements can be made that provide for an alternative warranty period.

The warranty begins on the date of delivery of the product.
Warranty Claims:

Returning the Product:
To process a warranty claim, the defective device must be returned to us complete, including the original packaging and a detailed description of the defect. Please ensure the product is carefully packed to avoid transport damage.
Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from improper use, incorrect installation, water ingress, or similar damages to cables, connectors, etc. Additionally, the warranty will be void if any residues of silicone or other materials are found on the product. Refunds

Late or missing refunds
