Thank you for choosing a ShamsPlug product. We prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Below are the terms of our warranty.
Warranty Period:
Our products come with a one-year warranty from the date of delivery. In special cases, different agreements can be made that provide for an alternative warranty period.
Start of Warranty:
The warranty begins on the date of delivery of the product.
Warranty Claims:

1. A detailed description of the defect.
2. Your contact information (name, address, phone number).
3. A copy of the purchase receipt or invoice.
Returning the Product:
To process a warranty claim, the defective device must be returned to us complete, including the original packaging and a detailed description of the defect. Please ensure the product is carefully packed to avoid transport damage.
Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from improper use, incorrect installation, water ingress, or similar damages to cables, connectors, etc. Additionally, the warranty will be void if any residues of silicone or other materials are found on the product. It is also crucial to strictly adhere to temperature conditions and the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Processing:
Upon receiving the defective product and verifying the warranty claim, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the device, or offer a refund of the purchase price. Please note that processing times may vary.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
